Therapy is about the connection between two people. I’m here to make sure you have the tools to make your transitions as smooth as possible. It is possible to hold space for both the light and the darkness in life without feeling consumed.
Therapy isn’t always a smooth or comfortable experience and sometimes it can get worse before it gets better. My goal is to create a safe and warm space for you to explore, unpack, and navigate your concerns. I work from a client-centered, anti-oppressive lens. This means that we both hold expertise in our relationship. You are the expert in your lived experience and I hold important teachings from my education. I also understand that there are oppressive systems that impact our daily lives. My feminist lens and trauma-informed perspective can help to unpack these systems and help empower you to find your potential and truth.
Outside of the therapy world, I’m usually found at the gym preparing for my next powerlifting competition, reading books, or listening to heavy metal music on full volume.
